This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between 【Bingo Cash】 ( “We”, or “us”) and the person (“you”, “your”, or “user”) who registered on the App to receive Services that may be offered by us and our affiliates ( “Services”). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.
If you do not understand any of the terms of this Agreement, please contact us before using the Services.
You may not access or use any Services unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If any applicable laws prohibit you from using the App, you shall stop accessing or using our App.
The App and the content it provides are in no way affiliated with Google LLC.(“Google”), and its winnings are void where prohibited and where any bonding or registration is required.
The following special requirements apply in relation to persons that are not at least 18 years old. If you are not at least 18 years old, but you are 13 years old or older, your Representative must be your parent or legal guardian. Any such parent, or legal guardian is responsible to us and is legally bound to this Agreement as if it had agreed to the terms of this Agreement itself. You may not use the Services if you are under 13 years of age.
Section A: Your Account
A. Registration. To register for an Account, you must provide us with certain information about you that we require. After you have submitted all required information, your Account will be available to you, and we may terminate it at any time and for any reason.
B. Account Security. Once the Account is registered, it’s not transferable to anyone else. You understand that it’s your responsibility to keep your account logging information secret and you should not share the logging information to anyone else. We has the right to believe that anyone logging into your account is either you or someone logging in with your permission and you should be responsible for all the conducts or losses arises from the Account.
C. If the Account is deleted, whether by you or us according to this Agreement, all the data including your score, level, Virtual Money or Virtual Goods in your account will be deleted synchronously and the deleted information is unrecoverable.
D. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT THAT YOU CREATE USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES. WE MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR DELETE ANY OF THESE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.
Section B: User Code of Conduct
The conduct listing below is prohibited:
A. Use another person or entity’s email address without that person or entity’s approval in order to sign up to use our Services;
B. Create more than one account per platform to access our Services;
C. Hide, anonymize or disguise your IP address or the source of any Content that you may post;
D. Use our Services to cheat or design or assist in cheating (for example, by using automated means or third party software to play), or to otherwise circumvent technological measures designed to control access to, or elements of, our Services, or to do anything else that a reasonable person is likely to believe is not within the spirit of fair play or these terms; or use our Services in any other way not permitted by these terms;
E. Use our Services for any business purpose or for the benefit of any third party or to send unsolicited communications;
F. Use our Services for fraudulent or abusive purposes (including, without limitation, by using our Services to impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, entity or our Services);
G. Use our Services to harm anyone or to cause offence to or harass any person;
H. Sell, transfer or try to sell or transfer an account with us or any part of an account, Virtual Money;
I. Remove or amend any proprietary notices or other ownership information from our Apps or any other part of our Services;
J. 'harvest', 'scrape' or collect any information about or regarding other people that use our Services, including, but not limited to any personal data or information (including by uploading anything that collects information including but not limited to 'pixel tags' cookies, graphics interchange formats ('gifs') or similar items that are sometimes also referred to as 'spyware' or 'pcms' (passive collection mechanisms);
K. Disrupt the normal flow of a App or otherwise act in a manner that is likely to negatively affect other players' ability to compete fairly when playing our App
L. Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers or networks that provide our Services;
M. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack any of our Services, or to defeat or overcome any of our encryption technologies or security measures or data transmitted, processed or stored by us;
N. Disobey any requirements or regulations of any network connected to our Services.
Section C: Virtual Money
A. You may win virtual coins, diamond, items (“Virtual Money") through playing the Apps and may choose to redeem the virtual money for Amazon gift cards ("Payouts").
B. Your virtual money stored in your app accounts until you reach the threshold in prize winnings.
C.You agree that Virtual Money are not transferable to anyone else and you will not transfer or attempt to transfer any Virtual Money.
D. If we detect abnormal activities from you, we have the right to decide whether to award the prizes. We have the right to delay or cancel any Payout for purposes of preventing unlawful activity or fraud, risk assessment, security or investigation. The redemption terms will be displayed on the redemption page in the App and may be changed due to our adjustment.
Section D: The Consequence of Breaching this Agreement
If you are in breach of any term of the Agreement (including by repeated minor breaches) in our sole discretion, we is entitled to take any of the actions below, whether individually or in combination, and either with or without notice to you:
A. Reset and/or modify any App progression or benefits and privileges associated with your account, such as any level or score you have reached in our Apps.
B. Delete, suspend and/or modify your account or parts of your account;
C. Modify and/or remove any Virtual Money or Virtual Goods that may be associated with your account;
D. Otherwise suspend and/or terminate your access to our App;

Section E: Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to our Services (other than Content which is contributed and owned by players) is owned by or licensed to us.
Section F: Links
We may link to third party websites or services from our Services. You understand that we are not responsible to you in relation to any losses or harm caused by such third parties. And we make no promises regarding any content, goods or services provided by such third parties and we do not endorse the same. You understand that when you provide information to such third parties you are providing it in accordance with their privacy policy (if any) and our own privacy policy does not apply in relation to that information. Any charges you incur in relation to those third parties are your responsibility.
Section G: Privacy
We collect, process, use and share your information in
accordance with our Privacy Policy and as set out in these Aggrement.
If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy you should stop using our Services.
Section H: Right to Amend
We have the right to change or add to the terms of this Agreement at any time, solely with prospective effect, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on use of the Services by posting such changes on our App. We will provide you with Notice of any changes through the APP, via email, or other reasonable means. If you are an existing user, your use of the Service after we publish any such changes on our App, constitutes your acceptance of the terms of the modified Agreement. If you do not accept a change to this Agreement, you must terminate the Agreement by closing your Account before the change takes effect.
Section I: Transferring this Agreement
A.You may not transfer any of the rights we give you under these agreement unless we first agree to this in writing.
B.We may wish to transfer all or a part of our rights or responsibilities under these terms to someone else without obtaining your consent. You agree that we may do so provided that the transfer does not significantly disadvantage you.
Section J: Dispute Resolution and Contact
A. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
